First: a fresh Google account, just for your NDIS admin

My Plan BFF works inside one dedicated Google account that your family creates and owns. Its inbox receives your provider emails, its Drive becomes your document filing cabinet, and its calendar keeps your appointments — all looked after for you.

Why a separate account? It keeps your personal email and files completely out of the picture — My Plan BFF only ever connects to this one account, never your own.

    Create the new Google account

    Takes about two minutes. Most families name it after themselves, like:

    Come back and continue with Google

    Choose the new assistant account on the next screen and grant access, then enter your invite code.

On the next screen, make sure you pick your new assistant account — not your personal Gmail. Google may also show a "Google hasn't verified this app" warning while our verification with Google is in progress — click Advanced → "Go to My Plan BFF" to continue. It's expected, and it disappears once Google completes its review.
